COMMUNITY YOUTH LEADER HOUSE SET ABLAZE IN IJEBU NORTH OF OGUN STATE

Some youth in Ilese-Ijebu,Ijebu North East Local government area of Ogun State on Sunday evening [7th January,2016] set ablaze the home of a Community Youth Leader in Ilese-Ijebu, Ijebu North East Local government ,Mr Lasisi Saheed Adewale popularly known as “kilomode mo” the Youths were later discovered to be thugs working for the main opposition party The People Democratic Party in llese-Ijebu, Ijebu North East local Government area of Ogun State. However no life was lost in the incident.


The house is located at No 15, Bena farm, llese-Ijebu ,Ijebu North East Local Government in Ogun State. Mr Lasisi Saheed Adewale played a key role in the election to ensure fair play in the electoral process. According to an eye witness who did not want his name in print, there has been several attempt on the life of the Youth Leader in the Pre-election period.


Our news agent who visited the place confirmed that the house was razed to ashes. According to findings, the APC youth leader played a predominant role during the campaign period in Ilese-Ijebu ,Ijebu North East Local Government.


 All efforts to speak with the youth leader proved abortive as his mobile line was switched off, text messages send to his line too were not responded to as at press time. The news on the lips of neighbours in the vicinity and from reliable source hints that Mr Lasisi Saheed Adewale has traveled out of the country, some said he did so to avoid further treat to his life form the hoodlums who are probably still trying to ferment trouble, the country where he traveled to however is uncertain, while some said it is United Kingdom others alleged it is Unites States of America, we will keep you posted about latest development in the matter.
